￭ Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am.
￭ No smoking inside. It will set the smoke alarms off!
￭ The fireplaces are ornamental. Please don’t use them.
￭ The surfboard on the wall is decoration only.
￭ A maximum of 3 people are allowed.

￭ The heating is controlled from the thermostat on the wall outside the lounge. Please don't leave it on all the time (and turn it off when you leave).
￭ Please feel free to use the TV for freeview channels, or your own streaming services.

￭ Tynemouth village is about 5 minutes walk.
￭ Longsands beach is about 5-10 minutes walk.
￭ Tynemouth metro station is a 30 second walk:
￭ Tickets machines in the station take cash or card.
￭ Metros travel along the coast, to Newcastle City centre, Airport and Central Train station.
￭ Check-out time is 10am.
￭ At the end of your stay, please:
